Role and Responsibilities

Based in an acute hospital setting we are looking for a part-time assistant to thee site contract manager.
Someone who has a knowlege of construction & possibly a graduate of archiecture, quantity surveying or M&E

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Reading CAD drawings
  • Reading Specifications/ Schedules of work
  • IT Skills
  • Construction team to design team communications. (Emails/Document control)
  • Construction procurement
  • Writing of technical documentation
  • Knowledge of BCAR
  • Understanding of BIM
  • Fire Surveying

Other Information

This is a short contract but a full time position may be offered to a suitable candidate
