Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards
  • Monitor progress
  • Strong Finishing/Fit Out experience
  • Oversee delivery of materials
  • Carry out safety checks
  • Sort out any problems as they arise
  • Keep in close contact with members of the site team at all times
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and planners
  • Ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements
  • Keep the client updated regularly on progress

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • As a Site Manager you will have 5+years site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a main contractor. The successful candidate will have experience on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors Industrial, Health, Pharma, Commercial & Education
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills
  • Proven track record of working to strict timescales
  • Excellent client facing skills
  • Thorough knowledge of building practices
