Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the management teams, site and office personnel to ensure that all administration is recorded
  • Inventory entry
  • Data entry (vendors and buyers)
  • Meeting customer service requirements
  • Handling external or internal calls and emails
  • Assist in operating our information systems
  • Organising and coordinating management meetings

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Requirements

  • 1 years’ experience in Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Experience with the use of information systems
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Good Organisation Ability
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
  • Possess ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
