Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction of a school building
  • Develop project programme / schedules and ensure dates/targets are achieved
  • Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the day to day running of project
  • Meet agreed objectives in the areas of timely delivery, cost, quality and client satisfaction
  • Assist the site foreman and ensure all information and resources are in place
  • Manage the day to day site operations of subcontractors on site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Degree / Diploma qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience in Project Manager role
  • Good working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standard
  • Good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team
  • Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
