Project Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

MMD Construction are seeking to recruit a project administrator to join our team based in Cork. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual and will work across all stages of a project lifecycle within our quickly expanding construction firm.

The role will predominantly involve

  • Providing administrative support to the Tendering Department
  • Preparing well written high quality pre-qualification submissions and coordinate all necessary supporting bid documentation
  • Document control and project support duties
  • Daily management of document registers
  • Quality control support
  • Assist with further development/management of quality control systems
  • Preparing handover files upon completion of projects

The ideal candidate must have

  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience
  • Team player but can work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Positive attitude towards work, company and self-development
  • Ability to work within deadlines
