Role and Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the Operations/Division Director to develop and expand the business through tendering and negotiation of new works
  • Review and submission of tenders, valuation preparation and conducting at margin reviews
  • Overall responsibility of budgets, schedule, QA and H&S of projects
  • The ability to manage projects to tight deadlines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification in the mechanical/sprinkler industry
  • Project Management qualification and/or PMP membership preferable
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
  • Excellent IT skills essential
